Jeff Lamb- President and Founder

Jeff Lamb is President and Founder of Unit Load Systems bringing 15 years of experience in international logistics and
transportation. Prior to founding Unit Load Systems, Jeff was Senior Vice President of OptiLogistics, the company that was
originally formed to market and sell the OptiLedge. After leading the sales and marketing efforts of the OptiLedge worldwide,
Jeff obtained the right to continue development of the OptiLedge by contract directly with Inter-IKEA Systems, B.V. Prior
to joining OptiLedge, Mr. Lamb was a General Manager in Houston for the British company, Exel, with P&L responsibilities
for the freight management division in the Southeast Texas region. Mr. Lamb's career also includes 10 years with Emery Worldwide/Menlo
Worldwide, now part of UPS. During that time, he was promoted through positions of increasing responsibility and scope including
Account Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager, Business Development Manager and Regional General Manager. He was a two-time
winner of Emery's highest management award and led operations in both Canada and the USA. Having received an undergraduate
degree from The University of Calgary, Mr. Lamb received his MBA from Texas A & M University. He has volunteered his time
in a variety of capacities. In 2003, Jeff was appointed by then Secretary of Commerce Don Evans to the US Department of Commerce
Houston District Export Council and was recently re-nominated to the North Georgia District Export Council. He has also volunteered
with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals Houston Roundtable. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Lamb was also an Adjunct
Professor at the University of Houston's College of Technology in the Department of Logistics Technology and is currently
an Adjunct Professor at Clayton State University School of Business.

Andy Lee- Vice President

Before joining Unit Load Systems, Andy reprsented OptiLogistics, Inc. in Asia. Prior to that Andy was Branch
Manager at both JAS Forwarding Company and Lloyd Triestino Pacific, Ltd. With both forwarding/shipping companies, Lee was
based in Shenzhen, reporting to offices in Hong Kong, USA and Italy. He was responsible for sales, account management, documentation,
operations and office management. Prior to the positions in Shenzhen, Lee spent more than 10 years working in the shipping
industry in Australia.
Lee studied in Australia and Hong Kong and received a BBA degree in Hong Kong from Hong
Kong Buddhist College. He has also received transport management and shipping industry certifications from the Hong Kong Shippers'
Council, the Hong Kong Management Association and the City College of Commerce (Hong Kong).

With 31 years of experience, Joe is a recognized expert in
a wide range of matters related to international logistics and transportation and a key resource as we expand the use of the
OptiLedge in Asia. With impressive experience at such companies as: NGA Meng Hong, Schenker, Santa Fe Group, Wide Shine Shipping
Ltd. (Sinotrans Group), Xamax Group, CTO Ltd., Huanxie Int'l Fine Arts Freight Services Co., Ltd., L.G.Philips Displays Int'l
Ltd. and LEO Paper Group, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge to our company. With a Diploma from the Hong Kong Academy of Fine
Arts, Joe has many designations, distinctions and recognition from the industry for his level of expertise. These include:
Chartered Fellow from the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, Expert and Board Member for China Air Transport
Association (CATA), Consultant for the Shenzhen Aviation & Transport Association, Internal Auditor for Qualicert(r)
- SGS, HKG, Consultant to the Taiwan Association of Logistics Management, Fellow Member for the Institute of
Supply Chain Management, Trainer for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS)- China, External Consultant,
